10 THINGS TO LOOK FOR WHEN YOU ARE CONSIDERING A SALES TRAINER

Make sure that he/she "walks the walk" and "talks the talk" (they have a successful  sales experience in real estate communities and that they model and demonstrate ) and can provide you with real ROI that can provide you and your community with proven results (numbers) that support your investment.

2. Real references  (make sure they are been recommended by people that you know and familiar with)

3. Are liked by other sales teams they worked with (it's difficult to get buy-in from the team if they don't respect him/her)

4. They have a great reputation  (why settle for less?)

5.Their training doesn't end when the trainer goes home    (they spend adequate time with management to develop a continuing education plan )

7. Must be a good story teller  (relevant stories make it interesting and makes the point stick)

8. They offer a presentation specific to your community  (forget generic sales presentations when you can get someone who knows our industry)

9. Presents in a FUN way (salespeople learn better when it's FUN and has a spark)
